Inside Club & Owner Services

Angela Blevins, vice president of Club & Owner Services, joined HGV following the recent acquisition of Bluegreen Vacations, bringing with her 22 years of experience in the vacation club industry. Angela makes it her mission to ensure Members know everything they need to enjoy their timeshare to the fullest.

“My daily ambition is to help you take incredible trips as often as possible. I do this by ensuring our Team Members are fully prepared to deliver inspirational travel advice and booking support to every Member.”

Angela’s passion for travel extends beyond her role — she’s also a proud vacationer. “One of my favorite resorts to visit is Elara, a Hilton Grand Vacations Club in Las Vegas,” she shares. “It’s a great reminder of the kind of unforgettable experiences we strive to deliver to every Member.”

Angela also offers practical advice for navigating peak travel planning seasons: “Because our call volume peaks during November and December due to travel demands and year-end needs, I always recommend that Members save points as early as possible for the year ahead. Always remember: The best value for your points is using them for vacation planning in your calendar usage year. Your Member website — available 24/7 — is by far the most convenient way to do this. It also allows you to pay your annual assessment billing statement, skip the queues and spend more time planning your next adventure.”

Your New Travel Assistant: The AI Chatbot

Speaking of technology tools, we’re excited to announce the launch of our new AI-powered chatbot, now live across key pages of the unified Member website. Using natural language, Members can simply describe their ideal getaway — and the chatbot will provide personalized resort recommendations!

It also answers common questions 24/7, even outside Contact Center hours and offers real-time trip ideas to spark inspiration. With multilingual support in English, Japanese, French-Canadian and Korean, planning your next vacation is easier than ever. Note: This feature is not yet available for Bluegreen Members.

Jason D. is an HGV Max Member with Centum+ tier status who has traveled to over 40 destinations with Hilton Grand Vacations.

“I try to travel as much as possible, especially now that I’m retired. Hilton Grand Vacations has an excellent selection of properties in wonderful locations — I’ve explored National Parks, hiked in Sedona, soaked up the beauty of the Hawaiian Islands and enjoyed long walks along the coastline at Myrtle Beach.

“Some of my favorite resorts are Cabo Azul, a Hilton Vacation Club in Mexico and Parc Soleil, a Hilton Grand Vacations Club in Orlando. When in Orlando, I like to visit nearby HGV resorts throughout the week to take part in karaoke nights, which are a great way to meet other Members.

“My advice for other Members would be to check the website regularly for the latest discounts, as these are an effective way of maximizing your points. If possible, being flexible with your travel location and dates is ideal to make the most of available discounts. I usually book online as it’s quick and easy.”

How We Make a Difference

Hilton Grand Vacations’ 2025 Impact Report details the environmental and social progress we’ve made over the past year, as well as our ambitions for the future. At HGV, we’re passionate about creating meaningful change in the communities and destinations where we live, work and vacation.

Over the last 12 months, we’ve taken important steps to reduce our environmental footprint, including energy-efficient upgrades, waste reduction efforts and increased use of renewable energy sources across our resorts.

Through our HGV Serves program, we’ve supported philanthropic initiatives like housing those displaced by the Maui wildfires and providing support to victims of natural disasters nationwide. We also donated more than 35,000 pounds of soap — enough to create 255,000 bars — to improve global hygiene and public health.

In partnership with the Camaraderie Foundation, we’ve helped raise nearly $1 million since 2018 to provide free professional counseling, support and spiritual guidance to military service members transitioning to civilian life. We remain committed to this vital cause that uplifts our nation’s heroes and their families.

Tips to Maximize Your Points

We all want to get the best value possible when booking a vacation. Club Traveler’s very own Editorial Travel Advisor Shaun C. shares his top tips on how to make the most of your points this year:

“To maximize your points, consider traveling during weekdays when the points costs are lower than on weekends. For instance, a city break from Sunday to Wednesday can increase your chances of snagging that hard-to-get dinner reservation or last-minute theatre ticket. 

“Also, take advantage of our Member Exclusives, such as Reduced Point Stays, available on some of the most exciting destinations in the Hilton Grand Vacations portfolio. Most Members can view these promotions on the Specials page of their Member website. 

“Finally, you can use your points for sightseeing passes at many destinations. As the temperatures rise, customize your plans to include more indoor activities to beat the heat, like exploring a museum or enjoying a live show.”

High-speed Action at Daytona 500®

Earlier this year, many Members enjoyed our renowned hospitality at the adrenaline-filled Daytona 500 race in Florida. Members watched all the action of the NASCAR® season opener from a private suite that included unlimited food and an open bar. Select Members also had the unique opportunity to join a guided tour inside the garages, getting an up-close look at the cars (Terms and Conditions apply1).

American Red Cross Giving Day

March was American Red Cross Month and Hilton Grand Vacations was proud to participate in the Extended Day Match campaign on March 27. As part of this initiative, HGV matched public donations up to $50,000 to support our HGV Serves Disaster Relief efforts.

We’d like to thank all our Members who were able to donate and help families affected by wildfires and other disasters. Members can still donate to the Red Cross to support its vital work here.

In the nonstop modern world, a healthy work-life balance is key for maintaining well-being, reducing stress and boosting productivity. We have a fantastic selection of destinations for a blissful escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life this summer. 

Members can experience paradise on earth at The Crane, a Hilton Grand Vacations Club, a breathtaking resort on the coast of Barbados, or soak up laid-back mountain vibes at The Club at Big Bear Village in California. 

For travelers looking to connect with nature, a visit to Tremblant, a Hilton Grand Vacations Club in Canada provides stunning scenery and invigorating year-round activities to refresh your senses. Alternatively, get off the grid with a visit to Rancho Mañana, a Hilton Vacation Club, a tranquil retreat in Cave Creek, Arizona’s desert foothills that makes for a beautiful getaway from the daily grind. 

Members who work remotely could consider working from a far-flung destination at one of our many resorts. Our Suites and resort amenities include Wi-Fi, Business Centers and desks in the Suites, allowing you to stay in touch with work for an even better work-life experience.

Our Members on Their Timeshare Travel Memories

We asked several HGV Members to share the simple joy of how travel has enriched their lives. 

Laura and Lee W., Members since 2019, said, “Hilton Grand Vacations lets us share more of our travel experiences with loved ones and experience so much more than we would be traveling by ourselves.”

“I’ve reveled in sharing my newfound paradise with family and friends,” said Kiana C., a Member since 2022. “Hilton Grand Vacations has allowed me to extend the magic of luxurious getaways to the people I love.” 

For many Members, traveling with HGV has led to once-in-a-lifetime trips. “As I look back at the 20-plus years I’ve been a Member, some of my happiest memories have been on our timeshare vacations. Those memories are priceless, and I’m ready to make some more,” says Maria N., a Member since 2002. 

Rene S., a Member since 2011, agrees: “My journey has been nothing short of an amazing adventure filled with unforgettable experiences, extraordinary service and joyful memories. Vacation ownership has motivated me and my family to plan and spend time together in comfortable and beautiful settings.”

Where to stay

Found in the rolling hills of central Scotland, The Kenmore Club provides everything you need for a comfortable stay in the countryside. The spacious cottages are a perfect base for day trips to Stirling and Falkirk.

Members can also stay at Craigendarroch Suites, a Hilton Grand Vacations Club, near the banks of the River Dee. Once a Victorian country house, this notable property sits within the Cairngorms National Park and is just 10 miles from Balmoral Castle, home of the British Royal Family since 1852.

Member Website Upgrades

Since its launch last year, feedback on our unified website has been overwhelmingly positive. This one-stop hub replaced the previous distinct websites for Members of Embarc/Extraordinary Escapes, HGVClub and The Club. Bluegreen Vacation Club Members will continue accessing their Member account and making reservations on bluegreenowner.com.

To ensure we provide the best user experience possible, we continue to enhance the unified website’s capabilities and are pleased to say that Japanese and Korean website translations are now available, with Spanish coming later in 2025.

We will also be unveiling our HGV mobile app this month to Members of Embarc, Extraordinary Escapes and The Club so that you can check your account and make bookings on the move.

Join Us for a We Are Water Walkathon

Grab your walking shoes and join HGV for one of our walkathon events benefitting the We Are Water Foundation this year! Now through November, we’re hosting events across properties in Austria, France, Italy, Portugal, Spain and the UK. Members are invited to make a difference during your stay by raising money to help bring water to the people who need it most. Register on the website for any upcoming event and make a minimum donation of £/€5 to participate in person or virtually from anywhere!

Keep an eye out for your yearly statements, which will be available to view this month. These will outline the annual maintenance fees and annual Club Dues that help to keep Bluegreen resorts up to the standard of quality and services you expect.

For Member reservations, cancellations and any other queries, please log in to your Bluegreen account to chat online or call the Vacation Owners Customer Service Team, which can be reached via telephone Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. ET, and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. ET. Note: All Contact Centers will be closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s Day.
