What Members Are Saying …

Hosted trips have quickly become a Member favorite.

Many love the organization of the events, like Joanna P., who said: “Every detail was carefully planned. I loved the balance of group activities versus free time.” Karen V. appreciates the excellent value of the packages: “I think it is good value for money with all the meals, hotels and experiences included.”

The expertly planned itineraries are a rewarding way for Members to really immerse themselves in a location. “Taking this tour gave me a new perspective on the cultural and social aspects of a history I have been taught all my life — I now see them with new eyes,” said Bruce A.

If you’re looking to elevate your next vacation, hosted trips are the ideal way to make long-lasting memories, according to Janet E.: “I find that being able to trade your points is a fantastic use of your vacation ownership. It goes beyond just going to a resort. The travel destinations allow you to do trips you might never have imagined.”

Hosted Trips: Need to Know

There are two types of trips available: hosted trips, bespoke tours or cruises across multiple locations (typically eight days or longer), and hosted resort trips, where Members stay at an HGV-managed property for the entirety and explore the surrounding area in depth. Several of our itineraries are designed to be taken back-to-back, allowing for extended travel experiences.

These trips are as inclusive as possible, including most meals, transfers, gratuities and included attractions, as outlined in your itinerary. We’ve tailored the schedules so Members can just show up and enjoy the destination.
