Welcome to summer! This issue of Club Traveler Member Update brings you the latest news from Hilton Grand Vacations, from tropical island getaways to exclusive vacation experiences across the United States.

After discovering the local favorites that make Honolulu so special, unlock elevated experiences with HGV Ultimate Access¹, featuring exclusive tickets to sought-after sporting events and intimate concerts with your favorite artists. One of our most popular experiences is the FORMULA 1 HEINEKEN LAS VEGAS GRAND PRIX in November. Through HGV Ultimate Access, Members can get closer to the high-speed action with exclusive hospitality packages, premium entertainment and elevated dining options.¹

Booking unforgettable experiences will soon be easier than ever with our new digital booking platform. Members of Embarc/Extraordinary Escapes, HGVClub and The Club will be able to browse events and reserve tickets, with access for Bluegreen Members coming at a later date. Beyond these experiences, we extend a heartfelt thank you to all Members who participated in Spring Match Day in May. Your generosity supports families affected by home fires and other disasters through critical American Red Cross services. As part of this initiative, Hilton Grand Vacations and the HGV Foundation donated a combined $100,000, doubling last year’s support.

Finally, we're pleased to announce that HGV Max has expanding access to Members purchasing in our European Collection through The Club — which features more destinations, rebranded properties, added benefits and new ways to enjoy time across the HGV portfolio.

From 2027 Hosted Trip itineraries to new culinary experiences and added flexibility, discover what's new with your membership

Hosted Trips quickly became a Member favorite after launching last year — and now we’re excited to introduce our expanded 2027 itineraries.

These exclusive adventures invite you to experience the world through unforgettable, thoughtfully curated journeys. Along the way, you’ll explore iconic destinations, connect with fellow Members and enjoy insider access led by expert guides who bring each location to life.

From standing in awe at the ancient wonders of Machu Picchu, to cruising beneath Japan’s cherry blossoms or island-hopping through Greece, each itinerary is crafted to immerse you in moments you’ll remember long after you return home. Hosted Trips can even take you to witness the Great Migration in Africa or embark on the extraordinary journey of setting foot on Antarctica.

Members can choose from multi-destination adventures with varied accommodations, including hotels and cruises, or opt for a Hosted Resort Trip at an HGV-managed property. Our team of travel experts handles every detail, so you can focus on enjoying your vacation.

And while unforgettable journeys often begin with where you go, some of the most memorable moments happen around the table. Members now have a new way to dive deeper into destination dining with the Member-Exclusive Dining Bundle.

Available at participating resorts, these curated bundles highlight each property’s signature dishes and local flavors. Each bundle includes two food items and one beverage, delivering exceptional value throughout your stay.

The Member-Exclusive Dining Bundle replaces the previous 10% discount at on-site restaurants (the 10% discount remains available at participating property marketplaces).

The Member experience continues to evolve with new ways to stay connected. The new Ask Bluegreen Member Forum is now live, replacing the former Ask Bluegreen Facebook group with a moderated, HGV-managed space for Owner questions and updates. Get trusted answers from Bluegreen Club Services experts and connect with fellow Owners.

As a reminder for Members of The Club without HGV Max benefits, the new Save Points fee structure is now in place, giving you greater flexibility with no reduction penalties. An administration fee will apply, with the amount based on when the points are saved and your loyalty tier. The next Save Points deadline under the new fee structure is August 31.

Resort Updates

Members can now enjoy Great Wolf Lodge Mashantucket — the newest addition to a collection of 20+ indoor water park resorts across North America.

Elara, a Hilton Grand Vacations Club (Las Vegas, Nevada)

Perfectly located in the heart of the Las Vegas Strip, Elara offers front-row access to the city’s energy and excitement. The resort is currently renovating the final 14 floors, which will be completed and ready to welcome Members and Guests starting in mid-October. 

Palazzo Catalani (Soriano nel Cimino, Italy)

Set on a scenic hilltop in a 17th-century estate north of Rome, Palazzo Catalani has just unveiled its brand-new pool. The stunning decked area features chic modern furniture and offers breathtaking views of Soriano nel Cimino’s medieval fort and bustling village below.

The Fountains (Orlando, Florida)

Starting in September, Members can stay at the recently renovated Suites in Buildings 2 and 5 (72 Suites each). The resort has also upgraded its water slides and basketball court and added new lighting to the pool for nighttime swims. 

Laurel Crest, a Hilton Vacation Club (Pigeon Forge, Tennessee)

Nestled in the foothills of the Smoky Mountains, this recently rebranded cozy country haven features spacious 1-, 2- and 3-Bedroom Suites with fully equipped kitchens and private balconies or patios in select units.

If Japan is on your travel bucket list, start planning with a sneak preview of the recently opened Tradimo Kyoto Gojo, a Hilton Grand Vacations Club, featured in HGV’s Getaway Guide. Inspired by traditional Japanese design, the resort features thoughtfully designed 1-bedroom suites with everyday comforts — making it an ideal home base for longer stays and deeper cultural discovery.

Several resorts have recently rebranded, including Éilan Resort & Spa, a Hilton Vacation Club in San Antonio, Texas, and Daytona SeaBreeze™, a Hilton Vacation Club in Florida. Additional rebranded properties include Stonewater Cove, a Hilton Grand Vacations Club and The Falls Village, a Hilton Vacation Club in Missouri.

Branson Cedars, a Hilton Grand Vacations Club in the heart of Missouri’s picturesque Ozark Mountains, has recently been rebranded along with a major refurbishment. Enhancements include extensive walking trails throughout the resort, a new hot tub, new pickleball courts and a second playground area. Long Creek, a Hilton Grand Vacations Club in Ridgedale, Missouri, has reopened its adult-only pool and hot tub.

A comprehensive, multi-year renovation is underway at Tuscany Village, a Hilton Grand Vacations Club in Orlando, Florida. Work on Buildings 1 and 2 is complete, with enhancements to Buildings 3 and 4 planned for 2027. Also in the Sunshine State, improvements have been made across Daytona Beach Regency, a Hilton Vacation Club, following storm damage. Parc Soleil, a Hilton Grand Vacations Club in Orlando, has upgraded 504 guest rooms and its fitness center.

Members heading to the bright lights of Las Vegas should consider a stay at The Boulevard, a Hilton Grand Vacations Club. This family-friendly resort has renovated all 722 guest rooms in Tower II, delivering a fresh, modern look. Just a few minutes from the Las Vegas Strip, the peaceful escape of Desert Retreat, a Hilton Vacation Club has also begun a soft goods renovation across all 144 guest rooms.

For an idyllic West Coast escape, travelers will love The Club at Big Bear Village, set in the stunning San Bernardino Mountains of Southern California. The pool renovation is now complete, and more updates are anticipated to begin in September. Moving to California’s iconic coastline, visitors to the tranquil Riviera Beach & Shores, a Hilton Vacation Club can enjoy faster Wi-Fi and upgraded TVs in the rooms.

And for those dreaming of an island getaway, The Modern, a Hilton Vacation Club in Honolulu, is celebrating summer with Aloha Fridays featuring barbecue and fireworks.

Finally, we're excited to share that our teams in Europe recently received the Roca Hotel Initiative Award for Best Corporate Social Responsibility. This recognition highlights HGV Europe’s ongoing commitment to sustainability and social impact initiatives and celebrates the incredible efforts of resort teams driving meaningful change across the business.
