There are numerous ways to get in touch with our Member Experience Specialists. We are here to help you during the booking process to answer any questions you may have about your membership and share destination advice so you can choose the right resort.

Our Contact Center is open Monday–Friday from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET, and on Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. ET.

The Bluegreen Contact Center is open Monday–Friday from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. ET, and on Saturdays (Phone & Chat) from 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. ET.

The best times to call are mid-week and it’s worth remembering that Mondays, Saturdays and lunchtimes are usually the busiest periods. We’d recommend taking advantage of the callback feature, where you can request a Member Experience Specialist to call once they are available, so you can get on with your day without waiting on the phone.

New for some Members in 2025, you can also chat directly with us using the website’s chat feature (during hours of operation).

Members can submit an online contact form to request an email response from our Member Experience Specialists. This feature is currently unavailable for Bluegreen Vacation Club Members.

Take advantage of your Bluegreen Vacation Club Points as early as you can. Bluegreen Vacation Club Members can use their points for resort stays around the world, Owner Adventures and more.

For Bluegreen Premier Members, several benefit enhancements also launched in December 2024 for Silver, Gold and Platinum tier levels. The enhancements included expanded booking windows to request complimentary Villa and Presidential Suite upgrades (restrictions apply based on membership tier), extended stays and a new Discounted Points Reservation benefit. More information about these changes is posted on your Member website.

If you have dual Bluegreen Vacation Club and Extraordinary Escapes, HGVClub or The Club memberships with HGV Max, you’ll continue to make reservations on two Member websites based on the points you’re using. 

For Bluegreen Vacation Club Points, you’ll need to log in to bluegreenowner.com to make reservations.
