Here’s everything you need to know about the latest HGV resort upgrades so you can book your dream escape.

Recent Resort Updates

We’re delighted to welcome Bluegreen’s 60+ resorts to the Hilton Grand Vacations portfolio. Here are a few of the latest improvements that have been made to HGV’s impressive property network. 

The Fountains (Orlando, Florida)

Located on 54 acres surrounding the serene natural setting of Lake Eve, The Fountains is also just minutes away from the area’s plethora of theme parks. Seven new Presidential Suites — six 4-Bedroom Suites and one 3-Bedroom Suite — have recently been completed on-site. These rooms bring The Fountains’ top-tier inventory to 22 Presidential Suites, each with en suite bathrooms, fully equipped chef’s kitchens, a media room and living and dining rooms. 

Bluegreen’s Bayside Resort & Spa (Panama City Beach, Florida)

Bluegreen’s Bayside Resort & Spa recently had a comprehensive refurbishment. This included converting the 320-room resort to 202 rooms, which now feature new Studios, 1- and 2-Bedroom Suites, as well as 2- and 3-Bedroom Presidential Suites. 

Harbour Lights™ (Myrtle Beach, South Carolina)

Found along the Intracoastal Waterway and just minutes from the surf, Harbour Lights is a wonderful base for a seaside getaway. Twenty-four of the resort’s 1- and 2-Bedroom Suites and Villas were recently renovated with new furnishings, finishes and modern utilities. Progress continues on the exterior of the units, including new stairwells, siding and balcony enclosures.

South Mountain Resort (Lincoln, New Hampshire)

With panoramic views of the White Mountains, South Mountain Resort is a picturesque location for admiring the incredible scenery of New Hampshire. The resort is also well-placed to cater to outdoor enthusiasts, with plenty of hiking and bike trails in the vicinity. Guests visiting this year can dive into the newly completed pool, which is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day each summer.

Blue Ridge Village (Banner Elk, North Carolina)

Building 30 at Blue Ridge Village is back in service, marking the completion of room renovations at the resort. These rooms have received a soft goods upgrade, exterior paint and new decking. Additionally, four Suites are being converted to be fully accessible.

Varsity Club South Bend, a Hilton Vacation Club (Mishawaka, Indiana)

The final phase of room renovations at this welcoming resort close to the University of Notre Dame has been completed. 

Maui Bay Villas, a Hilton Grand Vacations Club (Maalaea Bay, Hawaii)

On October 26, we opened Building 4, a four-story building with 34 Suites. Building 10, also four stories tall, recently opened at the end of December with 44 additional Suites.  

Beachwoods, a Hilton Vacation Club (Kitty Hawk, North Carolina)

Beachwoods is undergoing a renovation project that includes replacing all cushioned furniture and flooring, as well as bathroom renovations and new TVs. Four buildings were completed in late December with three more buildings underway. A revamped pool and splash zone are also available for visitors to enjoy. 

Ocean Enclave, a Hilton Grand Vacations Club (Myrtle Beach, South Carolina)

Ocean Enclave is undergoing a soft goods renovation, including new sofas, rugs and curtains. Living room chairs and bedroom ottomans are being reupholstered and full Suite painting is underway. 

Tremblant, a Hilton Grand Vacations Club (Mont-Tremblant, Quebec)

The front desk area and Café Volière have been refreshed with a new look.

SeaWorld^® Orlando, a Hilton Grand Vacations Club (Orlando, Florida)

Guests at SeaWorld^® Orlando can now enjoy new beds, carpet, sofas, decor, artwork and large TVs in Buildings 9 and 10.

San Luis Bay Inn, a Hilton Vacation Club (Avila Beach, California)

Starting in January the resort is undergoing soft goods renovations in all the rooms, which are planned to be completed during June of this year.

Palm Canyon, a Hilton Vacation Club (Palm Canyon, California)

The resort is currently undergoing a soft and case goods renovation in the Sunset building, which is planned to be completed in early March.

Upcoming Renovations in Missouri

The following resorts provide the perfect home base for exploring this picturesque region.

Wilderness Club™ at Big Cedar^® (Ridgedale, Missouri)

The dining and living rooms in the spacious lodge Suites of buildings 2300 and 2500 at Wilderness Club™ at Big Cedar® will be fully remodeled this year, with new furnishings that will give the property a cozy, woodland feel.

The Cliffs™ at Long Creek (Ridgedale, Missouri)

Offering breathtaking views of Table Rock Lake, The Cliffs at Long Creek is the ideal spot for a relaxing fishing break or family escape. This year, the resort’s 2-Bedroom Suites will be modernized and renovated with updated fabrics, tiling and new soft goods. 

Paradise Point (Hollister, Missouri)

Paradise Point is situated around scenic Table Rock Lake, with easy access to the wonders of Dogwood Canyon. The Executive 1-Bedroom Suites in Building 7 will receive a full refurbishment of the living room and bedroom spaces this year. 

Branson Cedars Resort (Ridgedale, Missouri)

The cozy treehouses, log cabins and cottages here will be joined by a selection of newly acquired 3-, 4- and 5-Bedroom Cabins in 2025 to give Members more choices than ever.
