We believe your vacation begins the moment you log in to your account and start searching for a location and resort that fires your imagination. Our dream has always been to make this journey as seamless and enjoyable for you as possible. Now, with a single, easy-to-access entry point to all your essential information, the wait is over.
We are happy to announce that, this spring, we will launch a new streamlined, unified online experience for all Members that will become the single launchpad for your vacation journey.

A familiar feel and a staged roll-out
To access your Member website or Owner account, visit HiltonGrandVacations.com, click on “Sign In” at the top right of the page and select the appropriate account type from the drop-down menu. Once the login page opens, enter your account credentials (username and password).
The unified site is a one-stop administration hub for Members with multiple accounts and will replace the three distinct websites for Members of Embarc, Extraordinary Escapes, Hilton Grand Vacations Club and The Club, as well as our fixed-week and flex-week Owners.
The streamlined website will have a single URL and require only one set of login credentials, one profile and one set of notification processes to manage. The website will be the single destination for all your ownership information, loan accounts, benefit details, resort association documents and reservations.
We continue to grow our portfolio, adding more destination options for our Members. Our mission in the ongoing development of the One Console initiative is to make discovering new vacation possibilities a simple joy. But we also understand that there’s an adjustment period. As a result, the unified website will be launched in stages, with enhancements added across this year, into 2025 and beyond. This will enable us to ensure the user experience is friendly and easy to navigate.
Note for Dual Members: For HGVClub Members and those with dual membership who are familiar with the HGVClub website, the streamlined site will offer an almost exact match of the experience you already know and enjoy. However, all dual membership profiles, loans, payments and upcoming and past reservations will now be organized by account under one login.
At launch, you will still select a specific account when you book. For Members who are unfamiliar with the HGVClub website, we’ve made it easy to switch between the modern website experience and the classic experience you are used to. Users who choose to continue using the classic site should note that certain benefits and information will only be accessible within the modern, unified website. At a future date, the classic website will be phased out, and all users will be required to transition to the streamlined experience.
Taking search and discovery to a new level
The unified website is just the first stage of a longer journey that will make searching for, selecting and booking vacations possible from a single point of entry. The consolidation of websites means we can introduce exciting new features and enhancements quicker. And, as HGV’s chief technology officer, Onkar Birk, explains in his sit-down interview with Club Traveler (read below), we’re applying cutting-edge technologies to take search and discovery to the next level. Stay tuned for updates coming later in 2024!
What can Members expect with the unified website experience?
You can expect all your notification preferences, ownership information, benefits, payments, loans, resort association resources and reservations to be in one place. As our portfolio grows, we anticipate the ability to book reservations becoming a single, unified experience, but that isn’t happening immediately. As future improvements are made, we will be sure to share those with you via your Member website and bi-monthly Club Traveler newsletter.
What future updates are anticipated for the website experience?
We’re working on search capabilities, which is central to what we’ll do with future updates — some are anticipated for later this year and some are projected to happen in 2025 and after.
In particular, we’re looking at more options for finding resorts based on their features, whether that’s having a pool or access to a beach, for instance. Once these updates occur, our goal is for you to be able to be more specific about your preferences in your profile, which is a key reason why creating a single profile through the unified website experience is important for future updates.
We’re also looking at the application of artificial intelligence to search for and make recommendations based on those preferences and your desired travel dates. Once implemented, you could log in to plan your next vacation and the system will say something along the lines of, “You should consider this resort because this meets all your preferences.” The system would even recommend locations based on where other Members with similar preferences are traveling.
That’s where we’re heading from a technology point of view. We’ll make updates gradually, in phases, based on the feedback of our Owners and Members. As HGV expands with more resorts and offerings, we want you to make the most of every vacation by bringing these resorts to the forefront.

Why is the website experience being unified for all Members?
As we grow our portfolio and have more resorts available to our Members, we want to make sure you have a single way to log in and access your user account and profile. The decision to unify the website experience is not only about meeting the expectations of our Owners and Members by simplifying the log-in process and opening the availability of our resorts, but we’re aiming to create joyous moments as you plan future vacations.
