We never stand still here at Hilton Grand Vacations! Let’s look at some of the latest updates we’ve made to ensure your vacation experience is unmatched.

We recognize our responsibility to be good stewards of the environment and our latest Environmental, Social and Governance report highlights the progress we made throughout 2023. We have introduced a range of energy- and water-saving technologies, from LED lighting to rainwater collection systems and low-flow toilets. Our partnership with We Are Water Foundation in Europe has reduced the use of plastic bottles in our European resorts by 97%. Additionally, all HGV-branded properties in the United States participate in Clean the World’s soap recycling program that reduces waste and promotes healthy hygiene, and we recently expanded our efforts in the United Kingdom.

To access your Member website or Owner account, visit HiltonGrandVacations.com, click on “Sign In” at the top right of the page and select the appropriate account type from the drop-down menu. Once the login page opens, enter your account credentials (username and password).

A swinging success at the Tournament of Champions

One of the most unique and popular events in golf, the HGV Tournament of Champions returned for a sixth year in January. The annual tournament welcomed LPGA Tour champions from the previous two seasons, who competed on January 18–21 alongside celebrities from the worlds of music, entertainment and sports. Last year’s winner, Brooke Henderson, returned to defend her title against fellow LPGA Tour athletes, including Lydia Ko of New Zealand, Olympic gold medalist Nelly Korda and 2023 Rolex Player of the Year, Lilia Vu. After a thrilling finale, it was Lydia Ko who came out on top in a closely fought battle. Playing alongside LPGA Tour golfers in the celebrity field were famous names including NBC’s Dylan Dreyer, country music star Chris Lane, soccer legend Landon Donovan and eight-time NBA All-Star Vince Carter. Across the three days of the tournament, HGV’s Members were granted a prime view of the ninth hole with HGV Max Members taking in events from their private Suite while Centum, Centum+, Elite Premier and Premier+ Members watched the action in a private viewing area. All Members were treated to a buffet breakfast and lunch and open bar. On Monday night, Members enjoyed a once in a lifetime experience at Drive Shack, hitting shots alongside competing celebrities, including the tournament’s eventual celebrity champion, two-time Major League Baseball All-Star Jeff McNeil. A select number of Members closed the week with a private Casino Night (funny money only!) at the Lake Nona Event Tent, enjoying a full buffet dinner, open bar and entertainment featuring a DJ and casino dealers! Attendees also enjoyed a three-night private concert series as part of the package, featuring an eclectic lineup of artists spanning a diverse range of genres, including headliners Pitbull, Elle King, Styx and REO Speedwagon. Bluegreen Vacations Acquisition — Your Questions, Answered

On January 17, 2024, Hilton Grand Vacations announced the acquisition of Bluegreen Vacations — expanding HGV’s already best-in-class vacation ownership and experiences offering. We’re excited to welcome Bluegreen Vacations but know that many of you will have questions about how the acquisition may affect your membership.

Will the acquisition of Bluegreen Vacations affect Members?

Your vacation ownership and access rights stay the same. This means that all Members will continue to have access to their existing vacation ownership, as well as membership program and resort exchange (as applicable).

Will HGV Max Members need to make an additional purchase to access Bluegreen resorts?

At this time, Hilton Grand Vacations and Bluegreen Vacations will continue to operate as two separate companies. We're currently evaluating how to bring the companies together in the best possible way and will keep you updated via your Member website and bi-monthly Club Traveler newsletter.

Will I be able to merge my ownership interests now that the acquisition has closed or transfer my existing timeshare ownership to Bluegreen Vacations?

Each company’s vacation ownership interests cannot be merged or transferred. Hence, access to your timeshare will stay the same.

Will Members of Extraordinary Escapes, HGVClub or The Club automatically become part of the Bluegreen Vacations Member program?

We're currently evaluating how to bring the companies together in the best possible way. Once details are finalized, we will share updates with you via your Member website and bi-monthly Club Traveler newsletter.

Can I use my points now to access Bluegreen Vacations resorts?

Currently, you can access Bluegreen Vacations resorts through RCI or Destination Xchange.

Will the acquisition impact inventory availability?

You will continue to access available inventory the same way you do now. To access inventory that is not owned or managed by HGV, you will need to do so through RCI or Destination Xchange, based on your existing resort exchange and the rules of the respective membership programs. For more details, please refer to your membership program’s rules.

I’m thinking of joining HGV Max. How will the acquisition impact my purchase?

We’re currently evaluating how to bring the companies together in the best possible way. Once details are finalized, we will share updates with you via email and your bi-monthly Club Traveler newsletter. Decisions to join HGV Max should be made under the current benefits offered through the program.

Will Bluegreen Vacations resorts meet HGV’s brand standards?

HGV plans to rebrand many Bluegreen Vacations resorts into the HGV family of brands over a phased, multi-year period. We will of course keep you up to speed with our rebranding efforts via your Club Traveler newsletter.

Will HGV retain the Hilton brand following the acquisition?

Hilton Grand Vacations will remain one of Hilton’s many brands. The Hilton values and standards are cornerstones of our business.
