Leigh’s Planning Tips
Members may save any remaining current-year points by depositing them into the following year’s account for use during the next year. Saved Points can be used for reservations at in-network properties, vacations through exchange programs and Club Partner reservations. For more details, please refer to your Club Rules or Member Directory guide on your Member website. Remember to check the deadlines for saving your points to maximize usage, plus booking online helps you save on fees as well.

Celebrating 30 years of the Embarc Members Association

Earlier this year, we launched our unified website, a one-stop administration hub for all Members, especially those with multiple accounts. More than 75,000 Members logged in during the first 24 hours of the launch, and your feedback on the platform has been invaluable. We especially appreciated your patience as we resolved some initial issues upon launch.
Our team continues to work hard to further improve the site for you. The unified website makes discovering new vacation possibilities a simple joy, by providing a single destination for all your ownership information, loan accounts, benefit details, resort association documents and reservations.
In fact, our initial launch is just the start of the digital evolution of HGV services. Future enhancements include the ability to access the site in multiple languages including French, Spanish and Korean, as well as a Member community forum.
An Update on HGV’s One Console Initiative
2024 is a special year as we mark the 30th anniversary of the Embarc Members Association. A lot has changed since Club Intrawest, as it was originally known, opened its doors in Whistler in 1994. Over the last 30 years, the program has grown to nine locations and resorts in three countries (Canada, the United States and Mexico), and a tight-knit community of over 20,000 collection Members with a passion for travel and adventure has grown with it. Here’s to another 30 years!

This year, we’re excited to honor landmark anniversaries for some of the Hilton Grand Vacations team. Congratulations to Mona El Mallah, director of Club Operations, who celebrates 25 years as part of the HGV family, and to Christina Carlsen-Anderson, senior manager of Club & Owner Services, who is also marking her 25th year as part of the team. Our brilliant Team Members are what help us deliver exceptional vacations year after year, and we couldn’t do it without them.

A quick reminder to all Owners of fixed-week inventory to confirm their reservation for the year. Members who own a fixed or event week may cancel or change their stay up to 31 days before their scheduled arrival without a penalty.
