Did you know that HGV Max offers you access to more properties in more destinations? All HGV Max Members have access to 12 European resorts, including Palazzo at Soriano located in the scenic Tuscan countryside in Italy and Vilar do Golf in the Algarve region of Portugal.
Last year, we also expanded our complimentary Guest Certificates allotment, making it even easier to share the gift of vacation with family and friends. Based on their tier, HGV Max Members receive between one and six Guest Certificates annually. For example, all HGV Max Members receive one Guest Certificate, the Preferred tier receives two, the Preferred+ tier three, the Premier tier four, the Premier+ tier five and the Centum+ tier six.
Members can also use points toward HGV Max Travel Services experiences via the new HGV Hub platform. These include cruises and guided vacations, as well as the option to redeem points toward an airline reservation or car rental. We also introduced annual rideshare transportation credits for Premier+ and Centum+ Members to use for transportation between eligible airports and HGV resorts.
Last year, Hilton Grand Vacations also launched a new $100 Annual Resort Credit benefit for HGV Max Members with Premier+ and Centum+ tier status. This credit can be used toward eligible retail, food and beverage purchases while staying at participating HGV resorts. Members with HGV Max Benefits can view their resort credit on their Member Dashboard for usage details and a list of participating properties.
Finally, Members with HGV Max benefits also have access to 10% savings off regularly published rates when making reservations online at more than 7,500 Hilton hotels and resorts worldwide.
In addition to the direct reservation opportunities at Club-affiliated resorts, your membership program is further bolstered by our partnerships with Destination Xchange and RCI, which offer preferred quality resorts and locations throughout the world.

HGV Max Update
Loyalty Search Requests
In April, we introduced resort availability search requests for select HGV Max tiers. This new feature allows eligible HGV Max Members to set up an automated availability search for a resort, region, date or number of nights and accommodations, with the number of search allotments increasing in the highest membership tiers.
Open Season Program and Credit
In addition, we launched the Open Season Program for Extraordinary Escapes and The Club Members in HGV Max, and an Open Season Credit for select membership tiers across all HGV Max audiences (Extraordinary Escapes, HGVClub and The Club). Credits can be used toward Open Season cash reservations and must be used in the year they’re allotted.
