We’re pleased to unveil HGV Max program updates for 2024, as well as a reminder of new features introduced last year. If you’re not a Member with HGV Max benefits, you can learn more about the program on any of our Member websites: Extraordinary Escapes, HGVClub and The Club.

2023 changes, in review

Last year, Hilton Grand Vacations launched a $100 annual resort credit for HGV Max Members with Premier+ and Centum+ tier status. The benefit can be used toward eligible purchases at participating Hilton Grand Vacations owned-and-operated retail locations. The 2024 resort credit is valid until December 31, 2024. HGVClub and Extraordinary Escapes Members in HGV Max now have access to 12 additional European resorts, including Le Club Mougins on the Côte d’Azur in France and The Kenmore Club in the picturesque Scottish countryside. Based on their tier, HGV Max Members receive between one and six Guest Certificates annually. For example, all HGV Max Members receive one Guest Certificate, the Preferred tier receives two, the Preferred+ tier receives three, the Premium tier receives four, the Premium+ tier receives five and the Centum+ tier receives six. We also introduced annual rideshare transportation credits for upper-tier Premier+ and Centum+ Members to use for transportation between eligible airports and HGV resorts.

Loyalty Search Requests

First up is the introduction of resort availability search requests for HGVClub Members in HGV Max (The Club and Extraordinary Escapes Members in HGV Max already have access to this benefit). This will allow eligible Members to set up an automated availability search for a resort, region, date or number of nights and accommodations, with the number of search allotments increasing in the highest membership tiers.

Open Season Credit

We will also offer Open Season Rates and an Open Season Credit, suitable for those who want to book a vacation without using their existing points. The Open Season Credit will be available for use on rental reservations within the Open Season window (within 30 days of check-out). Both initiatives will be implemented in the first half of 2024. Dual Membership Guest Certificates

And as a reminder, starting in 2024, HGV Max Members with dual membership in more than one Club will receive a single allotment of Guest Certificates that increases by one for each tier and is valid for use from January 1 through December 31 annually. For example, all dual membership HGV Max Members receive one Guest Certificate, the Preferred tier receives two, the Preferred+ tier receives three, the Premium tier receives four, the Premium+ tier receives five and the Centum+ tier receives six.
