Happy New Year and welcome to our first Club Traveler newsletter of 2024! My first six months with Hilton Grand Vacations have been a whirlwind of excitement. I’ve had the pleasure of meeting and interacting with many of you during visits to our amazing properties and the opportunity to see how you vacation with us. Your enthusiasm and loyalty to HGV are unparalleled, and I’m honored to play a role in helping you create vacation memories!
As we transition beyond peak season and into 2024, I want to express my gratitude for your patience during our busiest time of the year. Our Contact Centers were buzzing with activity in late December as our Club Counselors diligently answered Member questions and facilitated end-of-year Club Dues and maintenance fee payments.
Housekeeping reminders
One Console, one experience
Lastly, I’m thrilled to announce the launch of One Console in the first half of 2024, which will provide a unified online experience for all Members. As we promised when we launched HGV Max in April 2022, One Console is the first stop in a journey to make searching for, selecting and booking your vacations easier through a single point of entry.
One Console also will create one experience for all Club types and one place to access multiple accounts. Stay tuned for an update from Chief Customer Officer Derek De Salvia and Chief Technology Officer Onkar Birk when they sit down to talk about this and other new functionalities our technology team is working on in Derek’s first video update of the year.
Again, thank you for being a valued part of the HGV family. I look forward to continuing this incredible journey with you and communicating regularly in the coming year.

HGV has expanded its footprint
In other exciting developments, HGV recently completed the acquisition of Bluegreen Vacations. The acquisition expands HGV’s property portfolio with the addition of nearly 50 managed resorts in 14 news destinations like Nashville, New Orleans, San Antonio and Vail. As we start to integrate Bluegreen Vacations resorts into the HGV family, our goal is to further enhance your vacation options.
We are currently evaluating how to provide our HGV Max Members with access across the new, larger portfolio. Stay tuned as more information becomes available. Members who are not part of HGV Max still can join the program through an additional purchase or enjoy the many features and benefits of their existing Club membership.

Club Traveler
To access your Club website or Owner account, visit HiltonGrandVacations.com, click on “Sign In” at the top right of the page and select the appropriate account type from the drop-down menu. Once the login page opens, enter your account credentials (username and password).
As a quick reminder: The most efficient way to pay fees and make or modify reservations is via the self-service options available on our Member websites. However, if you need to contact us, we’ve been working to align our Contact Centers for a more uniform Member experience, making it easier for you to connect with us. In addition, the popular call-back feature that HGVClub Members have access to will soon be available to Members of The Club and Embarc.
Your Member websites are your go-to resource for essential information and documents related to your membership programs, including updated rules, fee schedules for the year and other governing documents. These documents are available on the Embarc, HGVClub and The Club websites. Embarc Members will also want to remember that their Use Year changed to January 1 through December 31, effective January 1, 2024. This, too, will be noted in your Embarc Member Benefits Directory and Points Calendars. Another item to note in your membership documents is the change to our Cancellation Protection (HGVClub and HGV Max) and Reservation Protection (Extraordinary Escapes and The Club) offerings, which you can now purchase after you make your reservation.
Another noteworthy source of information for the latest updates on your Club programs, including HGV Max, is “The Clubhouse” article in your Club Traveler newsletter. This issue recaps the exciting HGV Max benefits that have been launched to date and gives a preview of what’s coming in 2024.
