How to Make the Most of Your Member Website

Your Member website is the best resource to manage your Club membership, whether that’s points management, resort reservations or account billing. To ensure you can manage your membership when it’s most convenient to you, the website is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. You can even save money when making essential transactions online, such as booking a stay. Plus, you’ll have easy access to the latest promotions being offered at your favorite destinations.

The majority of Hilton Grand Vacations’ vast portfolio is available to book online. Once you’ve logged in to your Member account, you can see and use your points to book your Home Resort or within your Collection, or use points to book any other reservation. You can also take advantage of our Travel Tips and Vacation Ideas to inspire your next travel adventure.

Booking

Embarc and The Club: To find the perfect vacation for you, start from the Embarc or The Club Member website. Under My Reservations, navigate to Find a Vacation for Embarc and Online Reservations for The Club, then: 1. Input your preferred destination. 2. Choose your travel dates and number of Guests. 3. Then click on Search to see your options. HGVClub: With so much choice at your fingertips, there is plenty of advice available on the HGVClub Member website, including Explore by Destination and Explore by Experience, to help choose the right trip for you. 1. Once logged into the HGVClub website, navigate to Book Now. 2. Input your preferred destination by location or resort. 3. Choose your travel dates, number of Guests and booking type. 4. Then click on Search to see your options. Change of plans? Not a problem. Use the instructions below to adjust your bookings. Embarc and The Club: 1. In your Member Dashboard, click on My Reservations followed by Confirmed Reservations. 2. Under Upcoming Reservations, choose the vacation you need to modify. 3. From there, you can cancel your reservation, change your travel dates, unit type or resort, as well as see the number of points required for your new reservation. HGVClub: 1. In your Member Dashboard, scroll to the Upcoming Vacation section. 2. Select View All Reservations and choose the vacation you need to modify. 3. From there, you can change your travel dates, unit type or resort, as well as see the number of points required for your new reservation. 4. Click Book Now to complete your transaction for your new booking. Because each Club’s cancellation policy differs, please refer to your Member website before canceling your reservation:

Contact the HGV team

Embarc and The Club: You can find your points balance in your Member Area or by navigating the dropdown menu under My Account and selecting Points. From there, you can view your points savings deadlines and choose how much to allocate to save. HGVClub: Your Points Summary is displayed on the left of the screen within your Member Dashboard or select your profile name from the top right-hand corner of the page to view your points balance. To see points categorized by type and expiration date, select Points Management followed by Points Dashboard. To save your points, navigate from Points Management to Manage My Points. You can select any number of points to save in the Save Points section. To confirm your selection, fill in your credit card details and click Complete Your Save.

Embarc: From the Member Dashboard, select My Account followed by Make a Payment. Under Pay My HOA/Resort Dues you’ll find your Member update and Summary Budget. HGVClub: Hover over the Ownership tab at the top of your Member Dashboard and click on HOA. Select the applicable contract and click on View Your HOA Information for that contract. You can also view documents in the HOA Documents by Year section. The Club: From the Member Dashboard, select My Account followed by Financial Services. Under View Statements you’ll find Maintenance Fee, Monthly Loan and Year-End Tax Statements.

View your association documents

Each resort page contains a section with important updates, such as hours of operation, parking fees, travel advisories, service availability and changes to available amenities. Members of Embarc and The Club can find your upcoming reservations under the Reservation section of your Member Dashboard. Click View to see your upcoming reservation details including resort and check-in/check-out information. Select News & Events on the resort’s landing page on the Member website for important updates before you travel. HGVClub Members can find the resorts you’ve booked under the Upcoming Vacation section of your Member Dashboard. Then visit the resort’s landing page on the Member website and read the Important Information section on the right-hand side of the screen.

To access your Club website or Owner account, visit HiltonGrandVacations.com, click on “Sign In” at the top right of the page and select the appropriate account type from the drop-down menu. Once the login page opens, enter your account credentials (username and password).
